‘Ban Pak Content’: Netizens react after restricted Pakistani accounts become accessible in India again

Sharp-eyed social media users recently noticed that a few channels and accounts banned during Operation Sindoor, following the Pahalgam attack in April, had regained access in India. Soon, they reported the case on internet platforms and urged the government to reimpose the ban. With several posts on X, the website was trending with “#BanPakContent.”

As a few Pakistani YouTube channels and celeb-based Instagram accounts became accessible in the country, only a few months after the imposed restriction, netizens highlighted the concern.
