Star Informatic launches climper tool for overhead power, 5G cables
NEW DELHI: Optical fiber splicing gear and test equipment maker Star Informatic on Thursday launched the “Star Informatic Climper” solution to help organise and secure overhead cables without the need for ladders, or shutting down services.
The launch comes as metro cities, such as Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, and others, have seen a surge in the number of overhead cables for supplying electricity and delivering fifth-generation (5G) services, posing a hazard for the unaware pedestrians and citizens.
