Apple is gearing up to unveil its next wave of smartphones—the iPhone 17 lineup—set to debut in 2025. This new generation is expected to include four distinct models: the standard iPhone 17, the iPhone 17 Pro, the iPhone 17 Pro Max, and a fresh addition called the iPhone 17 “Air.” Notably absent from this lineup is the iPhone 17 Plus, as Apple has reportedly discontinued the “Plus” variant due to lukewarm consumer interest. While the iPhone 17 Air offers a more compact design, it is not intended to serve as a direct successor to the Plus model.
