Wipro leads variable pay ? Reports of 90% payout for Q4 amid IT sector uncertainty

Wipro has paid an average of 90 per cent variable pay to most of its employees for the fourth quarter of the financial year 2025, reports Business Standard. This payout is significantly higher compared to Infosys, which paid about 65 per cent variable pay for the same period. Business Standard sources have mentioned that Infosys’ payout was lower due to a slow business environment.
