When Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg’s wife Priscilla Chan found his gift ‘Weird’

Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg has admitted that the giant sculpture he gifted his wife, Priscilla Chan, last year was not very well received. “I don’t think she was that happy with it”, the 40-year-old Facebook founder said in an episode of the ‘This Past Weekend’ podcast with Theo Von. Zuckerberg said that he and Chan aren’t fans of extravagant dates, so he often relies on creative, grand gestures instead. He added that Chan was a “good sport” and appreciated the effort and creativity behind the statue, further admitting that this particular gesture missed the mark.

“She doesn’t want a sculpture of her in the front lawn — that’s weird,” Zuckerberg told Von. “Who wants a sculpture of themselves in the front yard?,” he asked.
