Nothing wrong in using spyware for nation’s safety: Supreme Court

The Supreme Court on Tuesday verbally remarked that there was nothing inherently wrong in the country using spyware to ensure the safety and security of the nation. But added that whether it was allegedly used to spy on private individuals is a question that will be looked into, the top court clarified.
