Apple advisory for iPhone users – ‘delete this app before it steals your data’

Apple has issued an advisory to its 1.8 billion iPhone users, asking them to delete an app immediately. The app is developed by a major tech company, and there are severe privacy risks that could lead to compromising the users bank details, the company stated. The advisory was issued on April 25, 2025. It said that the app poses “grave danger” to the users digital privacy.
