HCL Tech Q4 attrition rate drops to 13% sequentially; headcount rises by 2,665 to 2,23,420 employees

HCL Technologies announced its January-March quarter results for fiscal 2024-25 (Q4FY25) on Tuesday, April 22, and declared that its attrition rate has dropped to 13 per cent sequentially.

The attrition rate measures the rate at which employees leave a company over a period of time. A lower rate is generally considered healthy for a company.
