GenAI will aid margins despite cannibalisation of productivity gains: TCS CFO

Artificial intelligence can bring in productivity gains for both IT companies and their customers as they could get the same work done with fewer people at a reduced cost, a top executive at Tata Consultancy Services said, amid concerns about the technology cannibalising IT industry revenue.
