US lenders’ consortium files lawsuit against Byju’s founder, others

Members of a consortium that lent $1.2 billion to Byju’s have filed a lawsuit against the company’s founder, Byju Raveendran, his wife Divya Gokulnath, and “consigliere” Anita Kishore, according to a statement by the lenders on Thursday.
