French company Linedata acquires Pune-based AI company NROAD

French financial software company Linedata has acquired Pune-based AI company NROAD. Euronext Paris-listed Linedata is a global provider of asset management and credit technology, data, and services.

Aashish Mehta is the founder and CEO of NROAD, which operates from both Pune and Boston, USA. The company specialises in processing unstructured financial data using AI. NROAD’s clients include global banks, rating agencies, and payment processors.
