ESDS Software Solution files draft papers with Sebi for Rs 600-cr IPO

New Delhi: Cloud infrastructure and data center services provider ESDS Software Solution Ltd has filed preliminary papers with capital markets regulator Sebi to mop up Rs 600 crore through an initial public offering (IPO). The IPO is solely a fresh issue with no offer-for-sale (OFS) component, according to the draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) filed on March 30.
