M2P Fintech in talks to acquire AI startup Vue AI in distress deal

M2P Fintech, a financial technology infrastructure startup, is in advanced talks to acquire Mad Street Den that owns the artificial intelligence platform Vue.ai in a distress sale for around $10-15 million in cash and stock, people in the know said.
