Aura, an AI-powered virtual co-pilot, unveiled by Dassault Systèmes SolidWorks at the 3DExperience World event in Houston, Texas, is set to revolutionize the CAD design experience.

This new development marks a significant milestone as SolidWorks celebrates its 30th anniversary and enters its Gen 7 Stage. Aura is the first “Virtual Companion” of its kind, seamlessly integrated into the broader 3D UNIV+RSES initiative, which embeds generative AI technologies at the heart of Intellectual Property Lifecycle Management (IPLM).
