NXP Semiconductors to acquire edge AI chip startup Kinara for $307 million

NEW DELHI: NXP Semiconductors has agreed to acquire Kinara, a maker of neural processing units (NPUs) for edge artificial intelligence (AI) applications, in an all-cash deal valued at $307 million, the Dutch chipmaker said Monday.
