Kerala IT park to offer 138 acre of vacant lab for developers and firms

Kerala’s Technopark is offering the over 138 acre of vacant land on its campuses to companies and co-developers for launching and scaling up their big ticket projects.

These tracts of land are spread over Phase I, III and IV campuses.

Technopark CEO Sanjeev Nair said availability of land parcel is a big boost for the park as Global Capability Centres (GCCs), companies specializing in cutting-edge technologies like artificial intelligence (AI), blockchain and machine learning are expanding their operations across the globe.
