NCLAT stays ban on WhatsApp sharing data with parent Meta

New Delhi: The National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) on Thursday partially stayed the Competition Commission of India (CCI) order, allowing WhatsApp to continue with its privacy policy under which it shares user data with Meta Platforms Inc for advertising.
