Police launch AI chatbots to aid personnel in election duties

NEW DELHI: With the aim to assist its police personnel and paramilitary forces with their election-related duties, the Delhi Police has introduced two AI-driven chatbots, ‘Chunav Mitra’ and ‘Cyber Sarthi,’ police said on Thursday.

“This AI Chatbot is available in both Hindi and English, aiming to ensure smooth and efficient execution of election-related duties by all security personnel (Delhi Police and CAPFs),” said Special Commissioner of Police (Crime) Devesh Chandra Srivastava.
