The reason for Mark Zuckerberg’s second meeting with Donald Trump may have been revealed

Mark Zuckerberg, the founder and CEO of Meta (formerly Facebook), recently met with Donald Trump for the second time. While the initial purpose of the meeting remained undisclosed, a recent report suggests that the tech executive met with the President-elect in part to mediate a 2021 lawsuit.

This lawsuit was filed by Trump against Facebook and Zuckerberg following the suspension of their account on the platform after the January 6th Capitol riot.
