Infosys files counter lawsuit against Cognizant and CEO

IT firm Infosys filed a counter lawsuit in the US accusing Cognizant and the rival firm’s chief executive officer Ravi Kumar S, of engaging in anticompetitive strategies and misuse of trade secrets to obstruct its healthcare platform, Infosys Helix.
