26 enter startup billionaire club; Ola’s Bhavish Aggarwal and Swiggy’s Sriharsha Majety lead the pack

A blockbuster year for initial public offerings (IPO) has added 26 new members from the startup community to India’s billionaire club. Leading the pack is 39-year-old Bhavish Aggarwal whose net worth, based on the shares held directly by him, is currently close to Rs 13,000 crore. That’s despite the stock price of Ola Electric having taken a bit of a tumble from its peak of Rs 157 per share.
