Google Workspace saves organisations 171 hours per user annually

Google Workspace is helping organisations save 171 hours per user annually- equivalent to 21 days of productivity in a year, according to Forrester’s Total Economic Impact study. The study also highlighted a 20% reduction in on-demand tech support costs and a 331% return on investment (ROI) for organisations utilising the platform.

The findings were presented during the inaugural Google Workspace Media Summit held in Bengaluru, themed ‘Bring AI to Work.’ The event highlighted the rapid adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) at workplaces, with 31% of leaders predicting substantial transformation within a year.
