DOT India issues warning about international fraud calls

The Department of Telecommunications (DoT) has issued an urgent alert to warn Indian citizens about international fraud calls. In a recent tweet, the DoT cautioned people to be vigilant when receiving calls from unfamiliar international numbers, especially those with country codes such as +77, +89, +85, +86, +84, and similar codes. These numbers are commonly associated with fraudulent activities.
