ED team attacked during farmhouse search in cybercrime case, official hurt

An Enforcement Directorate (ED) team undertaking searches at a farmhouse in Delhi in a cyber fraud linked money laundering case was allegedly attacked on Thursday, injuring an agency official. Police said the incident took place early on Thursday when ED officials led by AD Suraj Yadav arrived at the farmhouse of a chartered accountant. The ED team was allegedly manhandled by one Ashok Sharma, the owner of the farmhouse, and five others, including his family members and his servants.
