Rockstar Games’ parent company, Take-Two, has confirmed that GTA 6 is still on track for its Autumn 2025 release date. The company reaffirmed the release date of this highly anticipated open-world AAA title during an earnings call this month. Despite the anticipation, Rockstar has remained tight-lipped since the first trailer was released in December 2023. However, GTA 6 has already generated significant buzz, winning awards and recognitions. A Rockstar representative even teased “mind-blowing things” in development. Moreover, the game’s journey has been with leaks. In 2022, over 90 videos of early gameplay footage surfaced online, and even the first trailer was leaked before its official release.
