Black Friday sale: Fake websites of Rolex, Louis Vitton, Longchamp and other premium brands flood internet; tips to spot these scam websites

Black Friday shoppers face a surge in online threats as security researchers detect an alarming 89% increase in potentially fraudulent themed websites compared to 2023, with the number more than tripling since 2022, according to a new report from Check Point Research.
Approximately 3% of newly registered Black Friday websites have been classified as risky or malicious, with none receiving a “safe” designation. The majority display default “parked” pages filled with advertisements that could transform into phishing platforms.
