Mumbai-based Moksha Group has acquired the assets of struggling B2B consumer electronics startup Arzooo. The deal, finalized without disclosing financial details, marks a significant development for both companies. Arzooo, founded by former Flipkart executives Khushnud Khan and Rishi Raj Rathore in 2016, had raised substantial funding but faced challenges including mounting losses and cash flow issues.
