India must elevate R&D focus; build products, jobs for higher GDP: Nasscom president

India needs to elevate its research and development (R&D) focus, build pioneering products adding newer markets and leverage technology for jobs to push the gross domestic product (GDP), said industry body Nasscom’s senior executive.
