Cloudera to acquire Octopai’s data lineage, catalog platform

NEW DELHI: US-based Cloudera has agreed to acquire Octopai’s data lineage and catalog platform to offer data catalog and metadata management capabilities to enterprises. The deal, whose financial terms were not disclosed, is expected to close before the end of November 2024.
