Minimal regulation needed in competitive telecom markets of South Asia: Chandra Sekhar Pemmasani

NEW DELHI: In South Asia, the telecom sector regulation should be as minimal as possible to inspire innovation, and encourage investment for connecting remote and underserved regions in, said Minister of State for Communications Chandra Sekhar Pemmasani said on Monday.
