Mphasis grants 25,000 stock options, 12,000 RSUs to employees under ESOP 2016, RSU Plan 2021

ESOP in 2024: Mphasis Limited announced on November 11, 2024, that it has granted 25,000 stock options and 12,000 restricted stock units (RSUs) to eligible employees and its subsidiaries, effective November 7, 2024.

The distribution, approved by the company’s ESOP Compensation Committee on November 9, follows the SEBI (Share Based Employee Benefits and Sweat Equity) Regulations, 2021, as well as SEBI’s Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015.
