Facebook parent Meta releases Google-like AI tool for research but there’s a ‘big’ difference

Facebook parent Meta has released an AI tool that can create a PDF-to-podcast workflow, meaning it can transform PDFs into podcasts with this easy-to-follow guide. This capability, called NotebookLlama, is similar to Google’s NotebookLM.
However, there is one big difference: NotebookLlama is “an Open Source version of NotebookLM” which means any developer can access, modify, and distribute the source code and related materials.
