BSNL adds 4.1 mn active users in August as recent tariff hike hits Jio, Airtel, Vodafone Idea: Motilal Oswal

NEW DELHI: Government-owned Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) continued to gain active users in August, while Reliance Jio, Bharti Airtel, and Vodafone Idea Limited (VIL) suffered losses due to the tariff hikes undertaken by the private sector telecom operators in July, according to a recent research note by Motilal Oswal.
