Valorant maker Riot Games announces latest round of job cuts; here’s what the company said

Riot Games, the developer behind popular titles like League of Legends and Valorant, has announced another round of layoffs. This comes ten months after the company laid off 530 employees in January. Riot has explained that this round of job cuts is not about saving money. Instead, the company says it’s focused on “making sure we have the right expertise” to support League of Legends for years to come.
