Pokémon developer hacked: Game source codes, beta designs exposed in major leak

Pokémon developer Game Freak has acknowledged a significant data breach after a massive leak of internal Pokémon materials flooded social media over the weekend.
The company said in a statement that unauthorised access to its servers in August resulted in the theft of personal information for over 2,600 current and former employees.
While Game Freak’s statement did not address the Pokémon content leak directly, fans have been sharing alleged source codes, beta designs, and plans for upcoming titles since Saturday.
