Vodafone Idea enters CCaaS partnership with US’ Genesys
Vodafone Idea (Vi) has forayed in the contact-centre-as-a-service (CCaaS) segment by partnering with US-based Genesys which will power the telco’s platform for unified omnichannel customer service.
