AI startup Crescendo hits $500 mn valuation, seeks to compete with contact center giants

NEW DELHI: Crescendo, a provider of artificial intelligence (AI)-driven customer experience (CX) platform, has raised $50 million in a Series C round led by General Catalyst. The financing will enable the company to disrupt the $741 billion global contact center market, it said on Wednesday.
