Coldplay ticket row: BookMyShow lodges FIR to prevent ticket scalping

Online ticketing platform BookMyShow has filed a formal FIR (first information report) against ticket reselling and black marketing for Coldplay’s “Music of the spheres world tour 2025” in India.

The company lodged the FIR on October 2, after an initial complaint was filed with the Mumbai Police on September 23, to address these concerns much before any formal complaint was raised against it.
