US-based Genesys bags UL-VNO license from India’s telecom department

NEW DELHI: Genesys, a US-headquarter Contact Centre-as-a-Service (CCaaS) provider, said on Monday that it has secured a Unified License Virtual Network Operator (UL-VNO) from India’s Department of Telecommunications (DoT).
