Exclusion of OTTs under new authorisation regime to create uneven competitive landscape: Telcos

NEW DELHI: The exclusion of over-the-top (OTT) communication services from the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India’s (TRAI) recent recommendations on a new authorisation regime creates an uneven field, and puts further financial burden on telecom carriers, said an industry association on Monday.
