Jio Rs 1,029 prepaid plan gets silent makeover with 84-day Amazon Prime Lite membership and more: Details

Reliance Jio has given its Rs 1,029 entertainment-centric prepaid plan a silent update in India. The plan, which previously offered 56 days of Amazon Prime Video Mobile Edition to buyers, now gets you 84 days of Amazon Prime Lite instead. Jio has made the changes on its official website, not announced them publicly, at least at the time of writing.

Jio currently provides a total of ten prepaid plans with free OTT (over-the-top) under its so-called ‘entertainment plans’ lineup. It gives you a whole bouquet of apps from the in-house JioTV Premium service to Netflix and, Prime Video.
