Delhi High Court asks aviation ministry to address AirSewa portal issues

NEW DELHI: The Delhi High Court on Friday instructed aviation ministry to address inefficiencies in the AirSewa portal within four weeks. The court’s directive came in response to a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) highlighting the failure of the portal to function as an effective grievance redressal platform for air travellers.

AirSewa, designed to provide a streamlined process for handling complaints from air passengers, has reportedly become largely unresponsive.
