ED seeks details of Rs 100-cr cyber fraud’ case from SIT, Punjab police

The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has sought the details of the Rs 100 crore alleged cyber fraud case from the Special Investigation Team (SIT) and the district police.

Sources confirmed to The Indian Express that the ED had written a letter to the Punjab Police seeking the record related to the case and details of all the accused in the alleged scam. Seeing the amount of money involved and people involved in the crime from other countries, the case comes under the ED’s purview. The record was sought from the police around 10 days ago.
