European Commission initiates proceedings to guide Apple on interoperability compliance under DMA

The European Commission has initiated two specification proceedings aimed at assisting Apple in meeting its interoperability obligations under the Digital Markets Act (DMA). This move highlights the EU’s commitment to ensuring fair competition in the digital marketplace.
