Amazon hires the founders of this AI robotics startup; here’s how it will improve the company’s deliveries

Amazon has come to a commercial agreement with the founders and nearly a quarter of its employees of the robotics startup, Covariant. The e-commerce major has also secured a non-exclusive license to utilise the company’s robotic foundation models. This acquisition highlights Amazon’s continued investment in robotics and artificial intelligence (AI).
