CD Projekt Red confirms production of next The Witcher game: What we know so far

Game developer CD Projekt Red has announced that the production for the fourth The Witcher game, codenamed Project Polaris, is set to begin shortly. The studio confirmed that pre-production on the title is nearing completion, following its initial announcement in 2022. The Witcher 4 is the first game in a planned trilogy of The Witcher titles. In a statement revealing its financial results for H1 2024, CD Projekt Red said that it is set to begin the full-fledged production phase of Project Polaris.
