FBI shuts down ‘dangerous’ global hacking group that targeted over 40 companies in 13 countries, including India

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has taken down the globally active hacking group Radar/Dispossessor. The operation involved taking down servers across the US, UK, and Germany, disrupting the group’s ability to launch attacks. The criminal ransomware group reportedly targeted 43 companies, including in India, in sectors such as healthcare and transport.
