Amazon and Microsoft complaints lead to CBI filing FIR against 10 call centres in India

The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has filed FIR against 10 call center operators accused of defrauding customers of tech giants Amazon and Microsoft. These operators allegedly duped foreign customers by posing as technical support providers and enticing them with lucrative plan upgrades.
