Unicommerce raises Rs 124 crore from anchor investors ahead of IPO

SoftBank-backed ecommerce software platform Unicommerce Esolutions Ltd on Monday closed the anchor portion of its initial public offering, allocating shares worth more than Rs 124 crore to domestic and foreign investors, according to information published by the company.

Investors including SBI Mutual Fund, HDFC Mutual Fund, ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund, Morgan Stanley, Franklin Templeton and the Prudential Assurance Company participated in the anchor investment round.
