Meesho appoints four independent directors to board

E-commerce platform Meesho has announced the appointment of four independent directors to its board, strengthening its corporate governance structure.

The new appointees are Kalpana Morparia, former chairman of South and South East Asia at JPMorgan; Hari S Bhartia, founder and co-chairman of Jubilant Bhartia Group; Surojit Chatterjee, founder and CEO of AI firm Ema; and Rohit Bhagat, non-executive chairman on the board of PhonePe.
